R&F City is strategically situated within the University Town, encompassing a vast area of approximately 3,851 acres, which is flanked by four prominent university areas. The project boasts an expansive construction area of 6.8 million square meters, with residential buildings covering 4.2 million square meters and commercial buildings occupying 2.6 million square meters. R&F City offers a comprehensive array of commercial facilities, including business apartments, luxury hotels, and top-tier Grade A office buildings, positioning itself as the thriving epicenter of the university town's core business district.
Given the considerable size of this residential area, ensuring a secure environment for residents is of utmost importance. To address this need, R&F City collaborated with JIESHUN to implement an advanced access control system. JIESHUN provided cutting-edge pedestrian gates and facial recognition terminals, offering strict access control for pedestrians. With a facial recognition rate surpassing 99.9%, only authorized individuals are granted passage, effectively preventing unauthorized access, intrusions, and potential security breaches. Additionally, JIESHUN customized a unique color scheme for the project, enhancing the overall image of R&F City.
