The New Territories South Regional Police Headquarters and Operational Base is the first substantial turnkey development procured through the design-build mode for the Hong Kong Police Force.The 16-story purpose-built office and operational base is located at the junction of Texaco Road North, Shing Mun Road and Castle Peak Road. The Building is approximately 355,000 square feet.

Recently, JIESHUN deployed another pedestrian gate project for the New Territories South Regional Police Headquarters. The pedestrian gates are compact and robust in design, occupying a small footprint while providing a safer passing experience. The gates integrate specific authentication software, allowing people to pass IC cards and other credentials.
