In 2018, it was the turning point of JIESHUN’s strategic transformation. The comprehensive service model of “Smart hardware+platform+operation” has been built and also JIESHUN’s business has been on a large scale changed into the new business of ”market-oriented, customer-oriented and partner-oriented”.

The year 2019 is the year of ”Change”. As per the preliminary financial data for the first half year of 2019, during the reporting period, the Company achieved operating revenue of RMB 425 million, representing an increase of 38.31 % as compared to the corresponding period of last year; Operating Profit amounted to RMB 51.32 million, representing an increase of 32.33% as compared to the corresponding period of last year. The growth of the traditional business of smart hardware has been accelerated, the transformation of the newly platform and solution business, and the smart parking operation business have been developed at a high speed.

In the first half of 2019, the performance of major customers continued to grow. On one hand JISEHUN got continuous contracts with group customers such as Evergrande Group, China OCT Group, Sunac, JD Group and YANGO, on the other hand, JIESHUN also developed new strategic customers, such as Guo Shi Group, Sunshine 100, CR Construction, Jin Mao, Yuzhou Properties, Gemdale, Greenland and other strategic customers, the amount of signings increased by 62% compared with the corresponding period of last year.

Channel construction has also ushered in new growth. At the dealer meeting at the beginning of the year, a new channel system was established to fully expand the growth space of the smart parking business. This move also led to a significant increase in the performance of new business such as platform solutions, with shipments growing by 41%.

Since 2018, Jieshun has accelerated its development in the international market. Through the research and development of overseas license plate recognition (LPR) algorithms, product planning and marketing investment, Jieshun further enhances the competitiveness in the global market. In the first half of this year, the overseas shipments increased by 38.31 % as compared to the corresponding period of last year, in particular JIESHUN continuously got the orders relating to large-scale shopping malls, universities, docks and government projects in Southeast Asia.

By bringing the heavyweight smart IoT platform, JIESHUN’s capabilities in platform management, smart operation & maintenance, value-added operations, etc. have been greatly improved, moreover, the unattended dispensers and Cloud Call Center have been consistent popular. The platform empowers partners through the SaaS model, which fully reflects the overall ecological openness of JIESHUN, which can help B-end users to fully realize cost reduction and increase revenue. At present, the IoT platform supports JParking 9,000+ networking projects to work smoothly. The performance of platform has increased nearly 10 times compared with last year.

In July 2019, Shenzhen Sez Construction and Development Group Co., Ltd. has became the third largest shareholder of JIESHUN. Its state-owned background, strong industrial layout and resource advantages will greatly help JISEHUN focus on the development of Shenzhen's urban-level smart parking business, and simultaneously expand the city-level parking business in many other cities of Guangdong Province and other provinces. Parking business is the entry point to promote smart transportation, smart park, smart city business.
