Since 2023, the Zhongshan Municipal Government has been actively promoting the implementation of the "Carbon Peak Program" to accelerate the layout of urban and rural public charging networks. They have started a vigorous campaign to integrate parking lots and charging facilities while encouraging the participation of social capital in the construction of charging stations and other supporting infrastructure. By the end of 2025, the city aims to build 120 charging stations and 7,000 public charging piles, achieve full coverage of fast-charging stations in highway service areas, and establish a convenient, efficient, and powerful charging network.

To actively drive the construction of Zhongshan's charging network, JIESHUN has combined its experience in parking lot and charging station construction and proposed an integrated solution for the construction of parking lots and charging facilities in industrial and commercial parks, communities, public venues, hotels, and highway service areas. As of now, JIESHUN, together with its partners, has successfully launched and operated over 40 public charging stations in Zhongshan. More than half of these stations are supercharging stations, with over 400 charging piles installed, forming a preliminary but sizable charging network.

The establishment and improvement of the public charging station network not only effectively alleviates the concerns of electric vehicle owners in Zhongshan, such as difficulties and slow charging but also further promotes the rapid development of the city's new energy vehicle industry. It also brings new vitality to Zhongshan's smart parking and charging industry.
