JIESHUN Wins RMB 161 Million Contract for Six SOHO China Landmark Projects in Shanghai

JIESHUN has recently secured a major parking operation contract for six premium commercial office properties owned by SOHO China in Shanghai, with a total contract value of RMB 161 million.

Under a five-year partnership with Beijing Soho Property Management Co., Ltd., JIESHUN will provide parking operation and management services for six landmark commercial complexes, including:

  • SOHO Donghai Plaza
  • SOHO Fuxing Plaza
  • SOHO Zhongshan Plaza
  • Bund SOHO
  • Gubei SOHO
  • SOHO Tianshan Plaza

The portfolio includes a total of 3,325 parking spaces across some of Shanghai’s most prestigious business districts.

This collaboration marks another significant milestone for JIESHUN in large-scale parking asset operations within China’s top-tier cities, further demonstrating market recognition of its digital parking operation capabilities.
