At the intersection of Hubin Middle Road and Houshaixi Road in Siming District, Xiamen, a towering red-brick chimney stands quietly on the streetscape. For 26 years, this old chimney was a familiar symbol of Xiamen’s industrial heritage. Once part of the Xiamen Cigarette Factory, it witnessed a golden era of industrial development and became part of the collective memory of the city.
Located beside Hongqiao Road Metro Station in Shanghai's Changning District, IM Shanghai Changning International Plaza occupies one of the city's most valuable commercial locations, served by three metro lines and the Inner Zone. Despite offering more than 1,100 parking spaces, over half of them remained vacant for years, forcing the entire B2 parking level to be closed.
On June 30, 2026, Xi'an East Railway Station, one of Northwest China's largest integrated transportation hubs, officially commenced operations. Inspired by the design concept of "Qin Mountains, Wei River, and the Silk Road of Chang'an," this state-of-the-art transportation hub seamlessly integrates high-speed rail, conventional rail, intercity rail, and metro services.
Along Daxue Road in the Jinping District of Shantou, the Shantou Logistics Center operates as one of the key freight hubs in eastern Guangdong. Covering approximately 120 acres and home to nearly 100 logistics companies, the park handles around 500 truck movements and 8,000 tons of cargo every day.
JIESHUN has recently secured a major parking operation contract for six premium commercial office properties owned by SOHO China in Shanghai, with a total contract value of RMB 161 million.
Logistics parks are standing at a critical crossroads. On one side, the pressure of the "stock economy" continues to intensify—rising labor costs and inefficient traditional management models are becoming unsustainable. On the other side, the rapid shift toward electrification brings both opportunities and challenges. As electric heavy trucks accelerate adoption, demand for charging infrastructure is surging, while power capacity within parks remains constrained.
Shaoshan is one of China’s most important red tourism destinations, welcoming more than 10 million visitors each year. During peak periods such as National Day Golden Week, the surge of vehicles once created heavy congestion, limited parking availability, and a challenging experience for visitors.
