Located beside Hongqiao Road Metro Station in Shanghai's Changning District, IM Shanghai Changning International Plaza occupies one of the city's most valuable commercial locations, served by three metro lines and the Inner Zone. JParking, the flagship smart parking platform under JIESHUN, has successfully implemented its innovative parking space e-commerce model at Chuangzhi Cloud Center. The pilot project has delivered remarkable results—monthly online transactions exceeding 1,000 orders and, based on current performance, projected annual revenue surpassing RMB 1 million.
